 "Throughout his post-presidency, he frequently instructed me that, in the event of his passing,

I should humbly request that Nigerians forgive him for any transgressions committed during his tenure. He consistently reminded me of his humanity, susceptible to both admirable actions and mistakes.

Hence, I am compelled to appeal to all Nigerians to graciously forgive him as we prepare for his final resting place."
